  Each year full-time employees will receive $100 USD to spend on Haleon products* through our new, easy-to-access online company store: The Wellness Shop. If you spend the allowance you can still purchase products for the rest of the year at up to 50% off the minimum advertised price.

  How does it work?

  • Your $100 allowance will be reflected as a credit in your cart at check out.
  • Shipping is free but to alleviate excess packaging and shipping costs, all orders must be $50 or higher.
  • After you spend your allowance, you can continue to purchase up to $500 of product for the balance of the year at up to 50% off standard retail price.

• Program Overview

  • Will I have access to every product Haleon sells?
    We are currently stocking the Wellness Shop with the most popular Haleon product SKUs to reduce the rate of SKUs going out of stock. The Wellness Shop will also not include any age restricted items, like Robitussin or Nicotine Replacement Therapy.
  • Can I use my credit at the employee store in Warren or Richmond?
    No. To accurately track the credit, we need all purchases to be made online. We will continue to find ways to improve the experience, so this may change later.
  • I used my $100 benefit. Can I still purchase products online at The Wellness Shop?
    Yes. You can order up to a total of $500 worth of products per calendar year even if you have used your $100 benefit. Note that the total is a sum of all your order values including the $100 benefit. If you reach this $500 limit but still want to purchase products at a discounted rate, you can do so at an in-person employee store.
  • Can I opt out of this benefit if I don’t want to take advantage of it?
    The $100 credit will be made available to you. Much like other benefits you are strongly encouraged but not forced to leverage it.

  • Who is eligible for this benefit?
    All Haleon employees based in the US and Puerto Rico will receive a benefit of $100USD to purchase Haleon products for their personal health and wellbeing.
  • I live in Puerto Rico. Does this process work differently for me?
    Yes please see the intranet or email for further information.
  • I am a part-time or contract worker. Can I participate?
    The Wellness Shop and benefit is available for Haleon employees only.

• Purchasing

  • Can I buy products for friends and family?
    While this benefit is primarily intended for Haleon employees, you are welcome to purchase products for whomever you choose, as long as you stay within the $500 annual limit. Please note there is a $50 minimum purchase per order.
  • Is there a limit to the number of products I can buy?
    There is a purchase of four units per product per order.
  • Can I resell the products I buy?
    Reselling our products is in direct violation of our code of conduct.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    The Wellness Shop accepts all major credit/debit cards and your benefit credit.

• Shipping, Delivery and Returns

  • Where can products be delivered to?
    Products can be shipped to your home address within the continental US. Please note that we cannot deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or PO boxes.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    The Wellness Shop accepts all major credit/debit cards and your benefit credit.
  • Why do I have to order a minimum of $50?
    Requiring $50 minimum order helps reduce complexity, our operational costs, and environmental impact.
  • Do I have to pay for shipping?
    No, all orders will always ship free. There must also always be a minimum of $50 spent on each order.
  • Once I make my purchase, how long will it take for my order to arrive?
    You should expect to receive your shipment within 7 to 10 days of placing your order.
  • Can I make a return?
    The Wellness shop currently offers products as final sale only.

  • Why are some of the products from The Wellness Shop different prices from the physical company store?
    There are cost components in offering an on-line store versus a physical location store – all products are still substantially less than retail value.
  • How much money am I saving compared to when I purchase these products in a retail store?
    All products at The Haleon Wellness Shop are available at up to 50% off the minimum advertised price (MAP).
  • What is MAP, or minimum advertised pricing?
    MAP is the minimum advertised price set by Haleon for retailers. This price is thoughtfully determined in order to protect our brand value. While Haleon makes these recommendations concerning pricing, all pricing decisions are at the sole discretion of our retail partners.
  • The website is not working properly. Who should I contact?

  • I do not see my benefit credit on the website? Who should I contact?
    If you experience issues with The Wellness Shop, please email ordersupport@haleon.com.
  • I am new to Haleon US and cannot access the website. Where do I reach out for help?
    If you experience issues with The Wellness Shop, please email ordersupport@haleon.com. Note that new joiners are eligible to receive the credit if they start on or before December 1^st. Any new joiners after that start date will receive their credit along with all other US employees in the new calendar year.
  • Is my benefit credit taxable? Will the $100 credit be shown on my W2?
    Yes, the credit is a taxable amount and has been grossed up. All employees hired before or on December 1^st, will receive a taxable amount on your W2.
  • If I do not use my benefit credit, is it taxable and will it still show on my W2?
    Yes, this credit is being given to you for your use with the hope that you invest in your own wellness and purchase your products of choice
  • Does my credit carry-over from one year to the next?
    No, you must use your credit by December 31^st of the current year, or you will lose it.
